Suggested Outline Programme

This programme could be part of a Parish / Church Weekend away or it could be offered as a ‘Weekend Away at Home.’

Here are some suggestions about ways to structure the weekend.  We are happy to discuss ideas to meet your specific needs. 

Friday evening sessions

• Getting together and discovering what we each do during the week
• Bring along an item that represents my work whatever it is
• Brief introduction to After Sunday
• Plans for the Saturday

• Spiritual resources for everyday living
