Exploring Vocation for everyone

This core module of the After Sunday Course is a very helpful and encouraging approach for all those who are open to exploring their particular God given gifts and how God might be calling them into use in his service in the world.

This course focusses on core vocation - who I am and who God wants me to be. It has been running successfully at several church centres around the North East. It has been run as both a small group course and a church-wide Lent style course.

The course offers:

• A way of thinking through 'vocation' in the widest sense of the word
• Shows how the idea of vocation is for everyone
• A chance to reflect on my calling in a community of other Christians
• A focus on not just doing 'churchy' things, rather on the whole of life
• A way of putting faith, work and life back together
• Thinking about vocation as more than just a job
